Kayla Malkos, Virginia Wesleyan, So., Infielder

Malkos, a sophomore from Roanoke, Va., put together a strong week in leading Virginia Wesleyan to a 6-0 showing.  She had at least one hit in all six contests, securing five multi-hit games including a 3-for-4 effort in a 4-2 win over Eastern Connecticut State.  She had a triple as part of a 2-for-2 day in a 5-0 victor over Oneonta St.  She scored eight runs and collected five RBI, while also walking twice and stealing nine bases.  Three of those swipes came against ECSU.  Malkos currently leads the ODAC with 12 stolen bases, is second in runs scored (12), and third in hits (15) and batting average (.300).

Jordan Aylor, Eastern Mennonite (Jr., P/OF - Madison ,Va.)
Aylor went 4-for-12 with two doubles, a homer and eight runs batted in during the Royals 3-1 week.  Her homer was a grand slam in EMU's 14-2 triumph over Catholic.  She stole two bases in an 8-1 win over Centenary.


Taylor Doss, Emory & Henry (So., 1B - Damascus, Va.)
Doss led E&H to a 5-1 week by hitting .500 (8-for-16) with five runs scored, four doubles and four runs bated in.  She went 3-for-4 with two doubles and a RBI in the Wasps 9-0 win at N.C. Wesleyan.  Emory & Henry is off to its best start (5-1) since 2004.

Marty Wilcox, Guilford (Jr., IF/OF - South Charleston, W.Va.)
Wilcox went 7-for-14 with four runs scored, a triple, a homer and seven runs batted in during the Quakers 4-0 week.  She also stole three bases, two of which came in a 7-2 win over Salem.  She had three hits, including a triple and a grand slam, in a 10-0 triumph over William Peace.

Jessi Hall, Lynchburg (Jr., OF - Floyd, Va.)
Hall went 2-for-4 with three walks and a .714 OBP in the Hornets doubleheader sweep of Greensboro Colege.  She also stole five bases in the wins.

Sam Moore, Randolph-Macon (So. - Ashland, Va.)
Moore went 5-for-12 with five runs scored, a double, two homers and five RBI in the Yellow Jackets 3-1 week.  She hit a homer in R-MC's 8-0 win over CNU, and then hit a second dinger in a 10-1 triumph against Franklin & Marshall.

Lindsay Corbin, Shenandoah (Fr. P - Manassas, Va.)
Corbin went 4-for-7 with three runs scored, a double, triple, homer and an RBI in the Hornets 1-2 week.
