Goldyn, a senior from Buffalo, N.Y., picks up her second weekly award of the season after hitting safely in all four games to lead nationally third-ranked Virginia Wesleyan to a 3-0-1* week. Goldyn, who has hit safely in 14-of-15 games played including each of the past 10 outings, slashed at .667/.765/1.083 over three games last week. She went 2-for-5 with three walks, three runs scored, and four stolen bases in a win (5-1) and a tie (5-5) with nationally 22nd-ranked Randolph-Macon. Goldyn turned up the production in a sweep (13-4, 10-3) on the road at Shenandoah. She combined to go 6-for-7 with two walks, a double, two triples, six RBI, three runs scored, and four stolen bases. That included a 4-for-5 showing in game two with a double, triple and four RBI. For the season, Goldyn leads the ODAC in runs on-base percentage (.667), (20), hits (24), triples (5), RBI (18), total bases (43), walks (15), and stolen bases (23). She is second in doubles (6) and slugging (1.000) and third in batting (.558).
