Katie Anderson, Randolph-Macon, Sr., Forward

Anderson, a senior from Beaverdam, Va., posted three double-doubles last week as she helped the Yellow Jackets to a 3-0 showing, including a pair of conference victories.  Anderson averaged 28.0 points and 12.3 rebounds in increasing her ODAC-best double-doubles total to 16.  She started with 27 points and 15 rebounds in a 72-71 win over Virginia Wesleyan.  She added two assists, two steals, and a blocked shot.  R-MC then defeated Gallaudet, 73-57, in a none-conference showdown. Anderson posted 26 points, two assists, three steals, a blocked shot, and 12 rebounds, leaving her just two boards short of the Randolph-Macon career record.  She got those rebounds and then some in the Yellow Jackets 90-66 victory over Randolph as she pulled down 10 boards to go with a career-high 31 points.  She chipped in two assists, two steals and a pair of blocked shots.  For the season, Anderson leads the ODAC in total points (448), scoring (20.4 ppg), and all rebounding categories (12.5 rpg, 275 total rebs, 201 def., 74 off.). She is also first in free throws made (124), fourth in free throw shooting (80.5%), and second in field goals made (162).  She is 162-of-319 from the field (50.8%), good for sixth in the ODAC.
