Walters, a junior from Elkin, N.C., picks up her second weekly award of the season after leading Guilford to a pair of conference wins. The Quakers have now won seven straight games and 11 of their past 12 contest. Walters averaged 15.0 points and shot at a blistering .813 clip (13-of-16) over the two outings. She opened with 17 points on 7-of-9 from the field and 3-of-5 from the line in a 56-53 triumph at Randolph College. She added six rebounds, four assists, and three steals to her line. Walters followed up with 13 points on 6-of-7 shooting in a 72-57 home victory over Bridgewater. She chipped in three boards to go with two assists and two steals. For the season, Walters is fifth in the ODAC in scoring (15.0) and fourth in overall points scored (3440. She is second in free throw shooting (.565), third in field goals made (140-of-248), seventh in foul shooting (.780) and 10th in free throws made (64-of-82). She is also #1 in minutes played (830) and minutes per game (36.1).
