Mitchell Keeler, Randolph-Macon, Fr., Catcher/Des. Hitter

Keeler, a freshman from Mechanicsville, Va., put together hit for the cycle in which he accounted for 10 of Randolph-Macon's 13 runs scored in a 13-11 win over Hampden-Sydney.  Keeler went 5-for-5 with four runs scored and six runs batted in.  He had an RBI double to get the scoring started in the bottom of the first.  He belted a three-run homer in the third to make it 9-1 in favor of R-MC.  He tripled in one more run in the fifth before batting in his final run with a single in the seventh frame.  Keeler, who did not play in R-MC's first nine games, has had three straight multi-hit outings and is batting .667 on the season.

Ryan Smith, Bridgewater (Va.) - (Jr, C - Warrenton, Va., 23)
Smith hit for a .550 average (11-for-20) during Bridgewater's spring break trip to California. He was 4-for-6 with two runs scored and two RBIs vs. Claremont. He was 3-for-4 with a run and two doubles vs. Ithaca. He also had two hits in games vs. Occidental and Cal Lutheran., collecting two more RBI in those contests.

Corey Wallace, Guilford - (Jr, IF - Rockingham, N.C., 9)
Wallace hit .625 with three homers and five RBI in Guilford's 2-2 week.  He had at least two hits in all four contests, including three in a 12-10 win over Stevenson.  He belted two homers, scored three times and had three RBI versus the Mustangs, which entered the game with a 10-2 record.  Wallace doubled twice and had an RBI in the Quakers' 8-1 win at Lynchburg.  He had five hits in the Quakers' doubleheader loss to Washington and Lee, including three in the nightcap, one of which was his team-leading sixth homer of the year.

Dan Savage, Lynchburg - (Sr, 3B/SS - Ashburn, VA, 6)
Savage helped lead LC to a 3-1 record while hitting .529 (9-for-17) with three runs scored and three RBI. Savage provided a spark in the conference doubleheader against Virginia Wesleyan, going 6-for-8 with two runs and two RBI. Defensively he started two double plays on the week, while playing flawless defense at third base.

Bradley Mattox, Roanoke - (Jr, 2B - Vinton, VA, 4)
In Roanoke's five games over the past week, Mattox hit .421, going 8-for-19 with six runs scored and stole three bases. The Maroons went 3-2 on the week. He had an OBP of .522, as well as having a slugging percentage of .421

Michael Paul, Shenandoah - (So, 1B/P - Red Hill, Pa., 31)
Paul went 6-for-11 at the dish in Shenandoah's 2-1 week, posting a pair of three hit games in SU's wins over Penn St.-Altoona (8-3) and Hampden-Sydney (3-2).  He had a double and homer with three RBI against PSU-A, and smacked another double in the win over H-SC.

Alex Maragos, Washington and Lee - (Sr, 1B - Chicago, Ill., 17)
Maragos helped lead the Generals to a 2-2 week. The first baseman hit .500 (9-for-18) with three runs, two home runs, a double and eight RBI. Maragos had a .526 on-base percentage and an .889 slugging percentage. He did most of his damage in the ODAC doubleheader sweep at Guilford on Saturday. In the first game he went 2-for-5 with a home run and two RBI, and followed that with a 3-for-5 performance in game two with a homer and four RBI. He also finished the week perfect from the field with 53 putouts and one assist. Maragos improved his season batting average to .364 and now has three home runs and 13 RBI on the year.
