Sexton, a junior from Lebanon, Va., brought his power bat to the park last week as he helped Emory & Henry to a 3-0 mark with a .700/.636/1.300 slash line. Sexton was 7-for-10 in the three outings, smacking a trio of doubles and a homer to go with seven RBI and four runs scored. He also stole three bases without being caught. Sexton went 4-for-4 in a 15-11 triumph at Ferrum. Two of those hits were doubles as he scored twice, drove in two runs and swiped two games. In game two against Southern Virginia -- following a 6-3 victory in game one -- Sexton proved the difference-maker as E&H swept the Knights, 12-9. Sexton went 3-for-4 with two runs scored, a double, a stolen base, and a walk-off three run homer. The dinger gave him five RBI for the game. Sexton is tied for third in the ODAC with a .500 (11-for-22) batting average. He's collected four doubles with a homer and nine RBI. His .818 slugging percentage is third in the league.

Baseball Player Weekly Honor Roll

Chris King, BC: was 8-for-14 with seven runs scored and four RBI in the Eagles 4-0 week. Was 3-for-4 with two doubles and two RBI in a 3-1 win over Messiah. Also walked twice on the week to post a .571/.667/.714 slash line.

Damon Frazier, EMU: went 5-for-12 with two RBI and two runs scored in a 2-1 week. He was 3-for-4 with a stolen base in a 5-4 road win at CNU.

Trevor Denton, GC: was 2-for-7 with a double and four RBI in the Quakers split with Lynchburg. Drove in three runs in game two (L, 10-5).

Jacob Bartlett, H-SC: went 5-for-16 with a double, seven runs scored, and three RBI in a 3-1 week for the Tigers. Had two hits including a double in an 11-10 win over Denison. Had two more hits and drove in a run in a 7-4 win over Marymount (Va.).

Brad Hylton, LC: ODAC's leader in RBI add eight more in a 2-1 week for LC as he went 6-for-12 with two doubles. He was 3-for-4 with both doubles and five RBI in a 12-8 win over Methodist. Drove in two in a 7-4 loss to Guilford and another in a 10-5 win in game two against the Quakers (W, 10-5).

Cole Migliorini, R-MC: went 5-for-11 with a homer, three runs scored, and three RBI in a 1-2 week for the Yellow Jackets.

Sean Guida, RC: went 7-for-16 with six runs scored, two doubles, a triple, a homer, and four RBI in a 3-1 week for the Maroons. Also walked three times and stole a base. Had three hits with a double, RBI and three runs scored in a 13-3 win over Muhlenberg. Homered and doubled in game two against the Mules, a 12-4 RC win.

Keegan Woolford, SU: went 7-for-13 with four runs scored, two doubles, a homer, and eight RBI in a 3-0 week for the Hornets. Was 3-for-4 with a double and three RBI in an 11-4 win in game two against City College of New York. Drove in three runs and smacked a homer in a 9-0 win over Mary Washington.
