Delavergne, a graduate student from Warrenton, Va., picks up his second weekly award after slashing .800/.818/1.500 and flashing strong leather in centerfield in a 1-1 week against ODAC foes for nationally 18-ranked Shenandoah. Delavergne went 8-for-10 overall. He opened with a 3-for-4 showing in a 6-5 setback at Washington and Lee. He scored a run in that contest. Delavergne exploded in a 16-9 win over Guilford as he went 5-for-6 with a double, two homers, six RBI and five runs scored. Each of his homers were of the two-run variety and cleared the left-field fence. He also drove in runs with his two singles. For the season, Delavergne is slashing .426/.487/.706. He leads the ODAC in runs (22), hits (29), homers (5), and total bases (48). He is second in RBI (20).
