After four games in week 10, we're left with just four remaining in the 2013 season as crowning an ODAC champion draws near.  Hampden-Sydney College and Randolph-Macon College sit tied at the top of the conference at 5-1 after posting victories in week nine, leaving their matchup next week in the "The Game" as the decider for the league title.  Catholic University and Emory & Henry College also return to the win column, vaulting them back up over the .500-mark overall.

Randolph-Macon played catch-up for most of the contest against Bridgewater College before taking its first lead at 14-13 with 10:30 left in the third quarter.  The lead would change hands six more times, with BC going up 34-28 with 1:50 to play.  R-MC knotted the score 1:21 later on a 2-yard TD run by Zac Naccarato, and Seth Yurgel converted the extra point to put the Yellow Jackets ahead 35-34.  The Eagles had one last shot, getting into position for a 49-yard field goal try, but the kick fell wide right.  Naccarato threw one TD pass and ran in three more, while Will McGhee moved into fifth in the ODAC's all-time single season rushing list with 157 yards on the ground to increase his total to 1,478.  Willie Logan led BC with 334 yards and two TDs passing.  Cassidy Burns caught 11 passes for 156 yards and a score.

Hampden-Sydney built a 14-0 lead on Washington and Lee University and never looked back in posting a 35-22 win.  For the second straight week, quarterback Nash Nance accounted for five H-SC touchdowns as he threw for a pair and ran in three.  Holton Walker pulled in seven passes for 102 yards and both scores, which increased his league-leading totals to 77 catches for 1,139 yards and 11 TDs.  Marshall Hollerith led the W&L offense as he moved to within 101 yards of 1,000 for the season with 137 yards and two touchdowns.  H-SC's Tyler Ikwild posted a game-high 15 tackles with a forced fumble.  Walter Ramsey led W&L with seven stops.

Catholic got a five-touchdown day from quarterback E.J. Montgomery, the ODAC Offensive Player of the Week, as the Cardinals topped Guilford, 38-29, at home.  The game was still in the balance in the fourth quarter as GC led 29-26 at the outset, but a TD pass to Mike Pitsenberger and 4-yard run by Montgomery secured the win for the Cardinals.  Montgomery threw for four touchdowns and 180 yards, while also leading CUA with 129 yards rushing and another score.  Pitsenberger added 125 yards on the ground with two TDs --- one rushing and one receiving.  Andrew Ouellette caught a season-high 12 passes for 117 yards and a score.  Matt Pawlowski led GC with 207 yards and two touchdowns passing.  Running back Josh Schow increased his season rushing total to 1,010 yards with 94 yards and touchdown on the ground.  Daytwyn Rascoe led GC defensively with a game-high 18 tackles, while Satiir Stevenson and Ricky Douglas also set career highs with 16 stops apiece.  Conor Stueckler led a CUA defense that record four sacks with 10 stops and 1.5 sacks.

Emory & Henry moved back to 5-4 overall with a 37-20 win in their first ever trip to Winchester to face Shenandoah University.  The Wasps led 28-14 at the half, but not until after Paul Forney, the ODAC Defensive Player of the Week, and his teammates stopped SU on fourth-and-goal at the 1-yard line.  Forney went on to post 16 tackles and one of three E&H interceptions, the last of which was his and was followed by the final score of the game to secure the E&H victory.  Kyle Boden led the Wasps offense with 245 yards and three touchdowns thru the air, while also chipping in another score on the ground wit ha 53-yard run.  Joe Vaughn ran for 73 yards and a score, and Lucas Kirby caught five passes for 92 yards and a TD.  Andrew Smith led the Shenandoah attack with 112 yards rushing and a touchdown in addition to a second receiving score.  He now has 824 yards rushing and 1,538 all-purpose yards, the latter ranking second in the ODAC.  Seans Blackman led the defense with nine tackles, while Jake Payne had 1.5 sacks.
