HARRISON HUDSON, Washington and Lee, Junior, Running Back

Hudson, a junior from Salem, Va., paced the Generals’ rushing attack in W&L’s 35-34 win at Bridgewater.  Hudson carried the ball 18 times for a career-high 204 yards has he led a ground game that churned out more than 400 yards for the fourth straight game.  Hudson, who averaged 11.3 yards per carry, gashed Bridgewater with eight runs of 10 yards or more, including a 27-yard burst in the first quarter and a 58-yard jaunt on his final carry of the game.  Hudson’s effort, part of a 438-yard game for W&L, gives him 548 yards on just 62 carries for the season, good for an 8.8 yards per carry average.  Washington and Lee has crossed the 400-yard rushing barrier in each of its five wins this season, and now owns five the ODAC’s top all-time team rushing days.  The 438 yards against Bridgewater are sixth-best in conference history.
