Anderson, a senior from Stafford, Va., had a four touchdown day to help the Eagles improve to 2-0 on the season with a 58-10 victory over former ODAC foe Southern Virginia University on Saturday at Jopson Field. Anderson connected with three different receivers on scoring throws and ran in a touchdown. After a scoreless first quarter, Anderson followed a Kennedy Fauntleroy touchdown run with one of his own as Anderson broke a pair of tackles and stretched over the goalline for an eight-yard score with 10:01 on the second quarter clock. He then threw the first of his three TD passes as the horn sounded for halftime. He rolled right and heaved a 40-yard bomb that Freddie Watkins hauled in to put BC up, 28-10, at the intermission. Anderson threw two more touchdown passes in the second half as Bridgewater effectively put the game away. He found Albert Mensah on an out pass with the Eagles' receiver weaving into the end zone on a 10-yard play. Less than two minutes later, Anderson again rolled right and found Viante Tucker at the back of the end zone near the goal post for a 12-yard score with 14:25 to go. Thru two games, Anderson is 23-of-35 passing (65.7%) for 257 yards and four touchdowns without an interception. He has 52 rushing yards on eight carries including Saturday's touchdown.
