Cassada, a senior from Charlotte, N.C., won a pair of individual events and helped the Generals to a relay victory in a conference dual meet against Bridgewater College.  In helping W&L to a 148-101 win, Cassada finished first in the 50-yard freestyle (28.93) and the 200-yard backstroke.  She also swam a leg of the winning 200-yard medley relay, helping the Generals to a 2:07.21 first place time.

Elizabeth Buckley, Randolph-Macon
Buckley took first in the 200-yard freestyle, finishing with a time of 2:02.25. Six events later, Buckley crossed the finish line first in the 200-yard butterfly, touching the wall in 2:19.02.  Randolph-Macon defeated Greensboro in its first dual meet of the new year.
