Horne, a senior from Alexandria, Va., put together a pair of strong performances over the two weeks including five individual event victories and one more in a relay win.  In a 130-49 duel meet win over Guilford, Horne won the 100-yard backstroke in a time of 1:06.58, and added the first place showing in the 1000-yard freestyle in 13:00.06.  She and her Pride teammates claimed the top spot in the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:56.28.  At LaGrange, Horne won the 50-yard freestyle, the 100-yard breaststroke, and the 200-yard backstroke.

Kendra Medina, Guilford - (Jr. - Marion, Mass.)
Medina had three second-place finishes in Guilford's ODAC loss at Greensboro.  She notched the fourth-fastest time in school history in the 500-yard freestyle with a personal-best time of 6:16.32.  She took home second in the 200 free with a time of 2:23.93.  Medina also swam the lead leg on Guilford's 200 freestyle relay, which placed second in 2:11.95.
