Hardy, a senior from Cary, N.C., helped the Generals to a sweep of VMI and Ferrum over the weekend, with W&L posting winning scores of 133-64 and 134-62, respectively.  Hardy won a pair of individual events and aided her teammates in a relay win.  She stopped the watches first in the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 25.55.  She followed that with a 55.29 showing in the 100-yard freestyle.  Hardy went on to swim the anchor leg of the 200-yard medley relay, which touched the wall at 1:52.13.

Swimming Honor Roll

Jessica Richardson, Emory & Henry (Fr. - Vero Beach, Fla.)
Richardson helped the Wasps finish the regular season 10-0 in dual meets by winning a pair of events and participating in a first place relay in a sweep of Warren Wilson (155-45) and Greensboro (155-43).  Richardson won the 100-yard (56.19) and 200-yard (2:03.42) freestyle events, and swam the anchor leg of the winning 400-yard free relay (3:52.74).

Emily Plowman, Randolph-Macon (Fr. - Chesapeake, Va.)
Plowman posted a pair of individual wins and helped one relay to a second place finish in the Yellow Jackets meet against Catholic (83.5-178.5).  Plowman won the 50-yard (24.48) and 100-yard (XX) freestyle races.  She then swam the opening leg of the 200-yard medley relay (1:55.37).
