Brendsel, a sophomore from Oakton, Va., helped the Generals post a dual meet win over Bridgewater College in their return to ODAC waters in the new year.  Brendsel won twice and swam a leg of a winning relay.  She picked her solo triumphs in two freestyle sprints.  She claimed the 50-yard freestyle with a time of 0:25.07, coming up just 0.01-seconds short of the top-five in the ODAC this season.  She also won the 100-yard freestyle, registering a time of 0:55.65, which slots seventh this year.  She and her teammates won the 200-yard freestyle relay in 1:42.06.
