Womack, a sophomore from Glendale, Ariz., helped the Generals to a dual meet win over Mary Washington last week.  Womack finished first in a pair of individual events and helped his teammates to a victory in one relay.  He won the 200-yard and 500-yard freestyles, posting times of 1:46.94 and 4:58.44, respectively.  He also swam a leg of the 200-yard freestyle relay team that touched the wall first in a time of 1:27.12.
