Jessica Richardson, Emory & Henry, So.

Richardson, a sophomore from Vero Beach, Fla., won a pair of individual events and helped her teammates to a relay win in a dual meet victory at Hollins.  Richardson posted ODAC top-five times in winning both the 200-yard individual medley and 100-yard backstroke.  She stopped the watches in 2:22.20 and 1:03.67, respectively.  She and her teammates won the 200-yard medley relay in 1:55.72, with Richardson swimming the freestyle leg in an unofficial split of 0:24.9.

Erin Gard, Greensboro (Jr. - Salem, Mass.)
Gard won the 1000-free (11:46.56) and 100-breaststroke (1:116.53) individually and aided her teammates in a winning effort in the 400-free relay in 4:08.73 at a quad meet featuring Gallaudet, Guilford and Hollins.  The Pride defeated GU and GC, but lost to Hollins.

Isabel Gutierrez, Guilford (Fr. - Greensboro, N.C.)
In a quad meet with Gallaudet, Greensboro and Hollins, Gutierrez placed second in the 100-back (1:12.21) and 100-breaststroke (1:16.78) and helper her teammates to a third place showing in the 400-free relay (5:05.97).  Her time in the 100-breaststroke is the third-fastest in school history.

Lydia Fleck, Sweet Briar (Jr. - Poquoson, Va.)
Fleck won the 50-free (0:31.09) and 100-free (1:07.70) in a dual meet win over Ferrum.  She and her teammates won the 200-medley relay in 2:20.53.
