Tommy Thetford, Washington and Lee, Jr.

Thetford, a junior from Birmingham, Ala., continued his strong start to the new season with his second straight weekly award. He helped the Generals defeat Randolph-Macon, 162-96, in a dual meet. Thetford bettered his previous season-best time in the 50-yard freestyle, winning the event in 0:21.46. He also claimed the 100-yard freestyle in 0:47.89, and the 200-yard freestyle in 1:46.19. He also helped W&L to a victory in the 200-yard freestyle relay in a time of 1:28.13.

Hudson Elmore, Hampden-Sydney (So.)
Elmore took first place in all three events he competed, helping HSC to a win at Gallaudet. He won the 100-butterfly in 0:56.62, as well as the 500-free in 5:26.19, touching the wall first in the latter by more than 40 seconds over second-place. He also helped the Tigers to a relay win with at ime of 1:48.87 in the 200-medley relay. 

Ivan Fadeyev, Randolph-Macon (Jr.)
Fadeyev posted three first place finishes and one relay victory in the Jackets dual meet loss to Washington and Lee. Fadeyev won the 100-back (0:55.30) and 200-back (2:00.65) in addition to finding the wall first in the 200-IM (2:02.12). He also contributed to the winning 200-medley relay team with a time of 1:39.49.
