Emily Hageboeck, Washington and Lee, Fr.

Hageboeck, a freshman from Charleston, W.Va., picks up her second weekly award of the season after setting multiple records in help Washington and Lee to second amongst 12 teams at the Franklin & Marshall Invitational.  Hageboeck won the 400-yard IM with a time of 4:31.00, setting ODAC and W&L records while also eclipsing the NCAA "B" Cut time. She achieved the same trio in the preliminaries of the 200-yard breaststroke, posting at ime of 2:19.96. She would go on to win the event with a time of 2:21.72. She also won the 100-yard breaststroke with a time of 1:04.64.  Hageboeck aided the Generals' win in the 400-yard medley relay, which stopped the watches at 3:48.19.

Women's Swimming Weekly Honor Roll

Michaela Nolte, Emory & Henry (Sr.)
Nolte won the 50-meter free in 0:27.93, the 100-free in 1:00.19 and the 100-breaststroke in 1:16.35 to help Emory & Henry move to 2-0 with a 143-32 win over Hollins. She broke the E&H record in the 100m free and was roughly half a second short of resetting her own records in the other two events. 

Kata Kylliainen, Randolph-Macon (So.)
Kylliainen helped R-MC to a win at Marymount (Va.) with a pair of individual victories and a relay win. She captured first in the 1000-free in 11:05.67 and duplicated the effort in the 500-free in 5:22.32. She helped her teammates win the 200-medley relay in 1:57.10.
