Emily Hageboeck, Washington and Lee, So.

Hageboeck, a sophomore from Charleston, W.Va., continues to excel in the breaststroke events as she helped lead Washington and Lee to a 174-73 dual meet victory over St. Mary's (Md.). Hageboeck eclipsed the NCAA "B" cut time (2:22.73) in the 200-yard breaststroke for the third time this season, winning the event in 2:20.61. That mark is second only to her previous season-best time (2:18.21). She was nearly as impressive in the 100-yard breaststroke as she narrowly missed the NCAA "B" cut time (1:04.95) in winning the event in 1:05.90. That mark is also just below her previous season-best time (1:05.12). Hageboeck also W&L win the 200-yard medley relay in 1:50.52.

Women's Swimming Weekly Honor Roll

Emma Daw, BC: won twice individually in the Eagles 118-82 dual meet victory over Pfeiffer, which is transitioning from NCAA Division II to Division III. She won the 50-free (29.35) and swam the second-fastest 100-breaststroke time (1:19.79) in program history to win that event. She helped her teammates to second place in the 200-medley relay (2:11.91). Her 100-breaststroke time converts (1:12.29) to inside the top-10 in the ODAC this season. *

Laney Sanchez, R-MC: helped Randolph-Macon post wins over Greensboro and Roanoke by claiming two individual events and helping her teammates to one relay win. She won the 200-IM (2:22.13) and 100-breaststroke (1:12.89), and swam a leg of the winning 200-medley relay (1:56.33).

Reilly Bird, RC: helped Roanoke to a split of a tri-meet with Randolph-Macon (L, 151-50) and Greensboro (W, 115-39) by winning two individual events and a relay. She won the 50-free in 24.98 and the 100-free in 1:00.09. Both times rank inside the ODAC's top-10. She helped her teammates finish second in the 200-free relay in 1:50.66.
