Kelly Williams, a senior from Garysville, N.C., made a triumphant return from a season-ending injury last year to her a third All-ODAC First Team appointment and receive POY honors for a second time. Entering the ODAC Tournament, Williams leads the ODAC in scoring (16.8) and rebounding (11.6). She is also first in free throws made (103-of-152) and second in field goals made (139-of-172), blocked shots (54), and points scored (387). The ODAC's all-time leader in career rebounds (1,326) has registered 17 double-doubles and scored in double figures in 21-of-23 games played. She has scored 20 or more points in each of her past five games played, accounting for four double-doubles.

In the classroom, Williams boasts a 3.80 grade point average as an accounting and computer science double-major. A perennial member of the ODAC All-Academic Team as well as the Randolph-Macon Dean's List, Williams was an Academic All-American in 2018 and has previously received a pair of honors from Phi Beta Kappa. She is an Executive Board member of R-MC's SAAC and treasurer for Phi Beta Lambda (future business leaders) honor society. She is a peer academic coach in R-MC's Academic Center and serves as a mentor at Henry Clay Elementary School.

Dickens is in the midst of her first season as Emory & Henry's head coach following several seasons as an assist to current Director of Athletics, Anne Crutchfield. This is Dickens ninth year overall as a head coach. Her Wasps head to the ODAC Tournament as the top seed in the 10-team field and the lone ODAC squad ranked (6th) in the South Region by the Division III Women's Basketball Coaches Committee. E&H has enjoyed several winning streaks this season, including a 10-game run early-on and their current four-game stretch entering the postseason. Including E&H's current 21-4 record, Dickens' career mark stands at 104-166 (.385).

Baum, a junior from Chester, Va., sets the tone for a Bridgewater defense that ranks 13th in Division III in turnovers forced and 17th in steals. Baum is currently #1 in the ODAC in steals with 67 as a strong full-court on-ball defender. She registered at least one steal in 24-of-25 games played with a season-best six swipes against Mary Baldwin (11/26/19) and Guilford (12/7/19). Baum, who averages 10.5 points per game, also keys the Eagles' offense and protects the ball from defensive players like her as she is fourth in the league in assist-to-turnover ratio (1.5) powered by the league's second-best assists mark (107).

Peyton Williams, a senior from Saltville, Va., is also a dual-threat player. She is currently second in the ODAC in rebounding at 9.8 boards per game and #1 in defensive rebounds with 168. She has active hands on defense, stepping into passing lanes and disrupting offensive sets leading to 46 steals, sixth-best in the ODAC. The three-time ODAC Player of the Week also excels offensively, ranking sixth in the ODAC in scoring (14.2) and third in free throws made (97-of-129). She has collected 10 double-doubles on the season.

Oguich, a sophomore from Midlothian, Va., has battled back from season-ending injuries twice to excel in her first collegiate campaign at Lynchburg. She currently averages 10.2 points per game and is sixth in rebounding at 7.8 boards per contest. She is second in the ODAC on the offensive glass (85) and third in field goal shooting (53.0% at 107-of-202). Oguich has scored in double figures in 16-of-25 games played and has registered seven contests of 10 or more rebounds. That led to a pair of double-doubles in the regular season.
