Boden, a junior from Knoxville, Tenn., led the Wasps to 38
unanswered points as Emory & Henry recovered from an early 10
deficit to post a season-closing 38-10 win over Guilford on
Saturday. Boden completed 22-of-35 passes for 323 yards and
four touchdowns. He also ran for 65 yards on six carries,
including a 38-yard burst to setup his final touchdown pass of the
day. His 388 yards of total offense are the sixth-best by an
E&H player all-time, and it helped the Wasps to their first
500-plus yard day since October 30, 2004, against Catholic.
Boden connected with 10 different receivers on the day,
firing touchdown passes to Lucas Kirby, Sam Edmonds, Cleo Cooper
and Brandon Terry. Boden finishes the season second in the
ODAC in passing yardage (2,511) and passing touchdowns (18).
