  • ODAC Announces Berkley and Jopson Award Winners
    June 04, 2019
    The latter end of the ODAC's alphabet features in the final recognition bestowed by the conference this year as Virginia Wesleyan University and Washington and Lee University are home to the 2018-19 Marjorie Berkley and Harry G. "Doc" Jopson Scholar-Athlete Award winners. Marlins women's basketball playmaker Jayla Harris earned the Berkley Award, while Generals cross country and track & field runner Hank Patrick received the Jopson Award following a vote of the conference's Board of Directors.
  • Four ODAC Stars Earn All-American Honors at NCAA Indoor Track & Field Championships

    Four ODAC stars earned All-American status on Saturday during the final day of competition at the NCAA Division III Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by the University of Boston-Massachusetts in the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. A total of six athletes from conference schools saw action on Saturday.

  • Lynchburg, Washington and Lee Capture ODAC Indoor Track Titles

    Six records fell and eight competitors repeated as event champions following a banner day of competition at the 2019 ODAC Indoor Track & Field Championships hosted by Roanoke College at the Kerr-Cregger Field House on Saturday. Washington and Lee University collected its third straight men's team title, while the University of Lynchburg returned to the women's winners' circle for the first time since 2011 with an ODAC record 10th league crown.
  • Previewing the 2019 ODAC Indoor Track Championships

    Over the past two seasons, 16 combined conference overall and championship records have fallen in Salem, Va. ODAC teams return to the Kerr-Cregger Field House at Roanoke College on Sunday as league athletes look to establish new career-bests at the 2019 ODAC Indoor Track & Field Championships.

That is especially true for swimming as programs took the week off of competition to train for the upcoming championships February 15-17.   • Owens Tabbed to Lead Guilford Track & Field and Cross Country
    September 13, 2018
    Guilford College Athletics Director Sue Bower appointed Marty Owens as the Quakers’ first director of cross country and track and field Thursday. Owens comes to Guilford after completing 15 years as the head cross country and head track and field coach at Susquehanna University.
  • ODAC Announces 2017-18 Sportsmanship Teams

    The Old Dominion Athletic Conference is pleased to announce the 2017-18 ODAC Sportsmanship Teams in each of the conference's 24 sponsored sports. The squads are comprised of a student-athlete selected by the coaching staffs of each team competing under the conference banner with all sports and schools fully represented.
